This policy covers the mobile app +2 Chemistry Salt Analysis, published by Akshay CP on Google Play. The app helps Class 12 students practise cation and anion salt analysis tests.
Your practice answers stay on your device. The app does the work locally, using your phone's own processor and storage. Nothing you create or open is uploaded to me or to anyone else, and I have no way to see it.
The free version of the app shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To serve them, AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier — the Advertising ID — along with general information about your device such as its model, operating system version, language, rough location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with ads.
That information is handled by Google under its own privacy policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy.
On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings under Google › Ads.
Making the purchase described below stops ads being shown and stops the advertising identifier being used for advertising in this app.
The app offers a one-time purchase that removes every ad from the app permanently, including the banner at the bottom of each screen, the full-screen ads between experiments, and the reward video for saving a salt setup. There are also two optional “support the developer” purchases; they are tips, and they remove ads too. All of them are one-time payments — there is no subscription.
Payments are processed by Google Play Billing. I never see or store your card details. The app only records, on your own device, whether the purchase was made. If you reinstall the app or move to a new phone, “Restore purchase” asks Google Play whether your account already owns it.
I do not run a server for this app. There are no accounts, no logins, and no analytics of my own. I do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or documents. The only data leaving your device is what Google AdMob collects to show ads, as described above.
This app is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please get in touch and I will look into it.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
