Swaylo AI
Most messages don't need a big model, so most messages don't get one.
Swaylo classifies every message the moment it arrives and routes it to the leanest model that can actually answer it. A small fast model for ordinary text, which is nearly all the traffic. One that can hear for a voice note. One that can see for a photo, even a delivery address written by hand. It switches inside a single conversation, and three models still sound like one assistant with one memory.
- Fails over between two providers mid sentence, so an outage degrades the answer instead of ending it.
- Ten Indian languages, in their own script or in Latin letters.
- No keyword lists. No menu trees. It judges the message.

ESTAZY
Money advice that can actually see the accounts.
Most money advice is generic because nobody giving it can see your accounts. ESTAZY reads mine: bank messages, ad spend, every order the shop settled and what the apps earn. Then it argues with statistics. It caught money sitting in scattered investments returning a few percent while the same money in the business was turning nearly twice, and it says how much to move and when to stop.

I started in 3D and AR. Now I build AI that sells, apps people search for by name, and the ERP that runs a college.
Swaylo AI is my own conversational engine and Shopdesk is the first product on it. Alongside that, 2+ years building Flutter mobile apps, ERP systems and business software, with 80+ apps on Google Play and native macOS builds on the Mac App Store. ESTAZY is the third thing I run. 3D is where I started, and it is a side project now.
